Kopi si kalau saya yang wajib banget, klo rencana larinya agak jauh ditambah gula + creamer, setelah lari klo long run nasi goreng ayam + ceplok paling best sih ❤

Usiaku 58 thn rutin jogging cuma gx biasa makan sebelum jogging, rata2 durasi minimal 1jam tanpa jeda...gmn mel...klo gx lari gx asyik
