Sancho still managed 16 goals & 20 assists in a season he "started poor". The season before he had 20 goals 20 assists. Now compare this to Grealish who had 7 goals 11 assists last season, then 10 goals 8 assists the season before. But somehow the media act like Grealish is clear of Sancho.

Yet we can name numerous Spanish & French players who delivered in the prem. And why have Spanish teams been dominating English teams in European football in recent years? Not just barca & Madrid, athletico, bilbao, sevilla & villereal all dumped out English teams in recent years. Sancho would do better in the prem than Grealish would do in the Bundesliga

One plays for Dortmund, a team which makes maybe top 15 in Europe, and the other plays for only Villa. It's strange that we're even thinking of comparing their goals and assists. I understand why many prefer Sancho, but let's just look at more technical qualities; not goals and assists. Grealish is nominally a winger, but practically plays midfield half the time for that Villa team.
