4th day glitch, that must be the glitch they're reffering to, if i remember in the original story that was when Ben started acting more "aggressive". I'm guessing 4th day messes with the code as it's something never programmed, giving the "AI" a free will of it's own.

After some discussion in the Discord, it seems that during the Odolwa fight, the moon started rising into the sky. When they fell, the moon is at its normal day 1 spot. However, later on when one of them summons the spider things, the moon is much higher up as if it were day 4. Remember that there was a time skip immediately after leaving the Clock Tower since Sarah bought arrows and Deku Nuts.

The hotel didn’t stump anyone after all The Father did say for us not to be hasty, it was people who got carried away and let their excitement overpower their logic and reasoning otherwise we would of gotten this item by now, all we can do is hope for the best there’s no turning back now, if Sarah chooses to stop playing then she loses the cartridge forever so we have no choice but to keep going.
