Taking loan is not an issue. Every state gov has the legality to take loans. Issue here is if the loans are being misused then the government has to be accountable and legal action has to be taken. For example, there are clear violations to where the loan money has been channelized in psycho’s government (2019-24). Hence, because of this psycho new law has to be bought in.

If present govt neglects and remains calm on the econamic horrors in the previous govt, it will autometically become a precedent and in the future politicians will not hesitate to do such evonamic.offences. judicial scrutiny should go on the offences committed and statutory guidelins.should be framed which curb such things. Govt is dpending lot of resources for training IAS and IPS. Unless a youth is much disciplined in life with moral values he cannot acheive civil service. They should stand on their values and show correct path to politicians what ever.position he enjoys. We have seen such officers like TN seshan, and many others.Then only they will ne ever remembered ny prople. I donot know how govt properties are mortgaged for loans.
