Jaguar XK8 Gear Shifter Trim Removal

How to remove the plastic trim piece around the J Gate on a Jaguar XK8. We remove the trim and show how it can be done without breaking the clips that hold it in place.

Thanks for the video!! I have the same shifter but need to replace the inner part where it shows the gears ,.. know where I can buy that?
