For those using an older gen fire stick, the reason you cant click install or possibly see the red button is because Java Script is turned off. Simply turn it on by using the remotes 3 lines or clicking on the lines in the top right-hand corner. Once you do that, the install should work. This is how I fixed it on my 2nd gen fire stick. Once you have JS turned on, just click the go or download button again and the install will come up. Just click install and follow the prompts.

Go to Settings, find About. Then click Enter (your middle button) about 6/7 times, you'll see a message pop up that says "You're Already a Developer." Once you back out afterwards you'll notice "Developer Options" is present allowing you to install from unknown apps. Hope this helps.

In developer options mines says Apps from Unknown Sources it doesn’t say install unknown apps and it’s only given me an option to turn on/off it doesn’t open and give a list to turn downloaded on WHY IS THAT HELP I have fire stick 4k

@teedytawilliams1206 That is because you have a very old Firestick with old FireOS 6 or older. It's time to buy a new one, but if it's not in your budget, just allow Unknown sources, and you'll be all set.

@stanpollard I wouldn't worry too much about a antivirus program. These days the built-in antivirus for Windows11 does a pretty good job. As for Vietnam, if there is content to view that us only available in Vietnam, then yes - IPVanish can be set to view content there. Give it a try with my link in the description.
