8:35 You guys got that so wrong, it's the same actor playing the younger version in the flashback (Rajinikanth). They just used makeup and some de-aging CGI to make him look younger. In fact, that is exactly how he used to look in back in the 80s, down to the hairstyle. I guess they did a good job if you guys thought that was a different actor LOL
