Imo, revealing as Jailor D1 isn't as bad as the mayor Whisper meta of old lol. It still is annoying though! My suggestion to evils, when a Jailor does this try to find the TP ASAP and ignore all else. Good news is you know who the jailor is, bad news is you have to kill tp to get them.

Yes, the jailor would survive that night. Doc would die from WW and then Jailor has to rely on RT TP to survive mafia/coven N3 or WW N4.

I had a fantastic jailor game in ranked once. Basically, it went down to me the jailor, the GF, a consort, bodyguard, WW and a jester, plus one other town member that i can't remember. I jailed the consort once, they claimed escort really late and i was tempted to let the exe go through, but other than the late claim i didn't have much. I survived to where the bg was confirmed to me by the consort, I asked for them to protect me, and they died to next night to the GF, while I kill the jester for claiming bg. I survive to 2 mafia, a WW, and me. The werewolf kills the GF the night I jail and exe the consort, and the GF didn't kill me. I had one exe left to kill the WW. Fantastic game as jailor, got really lucky lol.

It's fine enough, my biggest issue is when a mafia claims jailor, then d3 someone else is voted up and he claims jalor with an ACTUAL will and people's claims, and people guilty him because he claimed jailor. These noobs were in a ranked game too. And town still had majority, but the jailor got lynched anyway.

Personally my favorite way to play as jailor is to not say anything to the person that is jailed. Usually evil dont claim at all or take a very long time to claim. It's very easy to figure out who is good or evil.

As someone who plays ranked practice exclusively: A lot of town won't claim if you don't ask them to. They'll just say stuff like "Hey, what's up?". If you exe on that, you're going to lose most of your jailor games.

My first time watching a Town Of Salem video from you. Shadow Beatz said that you were the other "great TOS player" on KZbin, so I subscribed to you but hadn't gotten around to watching one of your videos. And...honestly...after watching this one...I'm kinda mixed on you. On one hand, I love how intelligent you are, how quickly you can type and get things done, and how seriously you take actually trying to win and doing your best. BUT, on the other hand, you really seem incredibly robotic and (in my personal opinion) you took the game more business-like than having fun with it, which was a little jarring. It seemed more like you just wanted to make a video rather than having fun. Maybe I'm wrong and that's just how you are, but just wanted to say that. Still, I'm glad to have some actual intelligent people play the game, so you did a very nice job.

Very observant I think! This game I had fun with, but there is something to consider. 8 months ago I quit my job to pursue this full time, of course, there are days my friend where it feels more like business than fun. I'm happy to say though, that most days I love what it is I do! Shadow knows though, as do you and as do I, that this game can really take it out of you sometimes. Dealing with 14 people can leave you exhausted!

I recommend putting it in your will if someone says they will be on you so if you die the person becomes susp because they did not protect you. I do that and it sometimes works. It is just like an escort or jailor dies to SK or ww, the person they roleblocked is the suspect, and it is also not always the case.
