I like it when the officers introduce themselves and tell us how they came to their career. They all do an incredible job and go through a lot of crap that they shouldn't have to go through. I live in another country and I wonder how things work in my country. The only times I've met police officers was when I was broken into and assaulted (they were amazing) and my role as a teacher and also as a foster mum. I don't know and don't want to personally experience it from the side of a criminal.

I wonder if in training they all have a shot in the restraints? It would be helpful. In Australia we cannot use restraints. But I don't know about the prison system. Unfortunately we have had deaths occurr and in particular it causes massive anxiety to some of our different cultural people and is counter-productive. But you can see how effective it is here.
