So its hard to understand exactly what hes talking about because hes all over the place, but he mentioned C-section and pneumonia. Im assuming he meant when he was born he had some type of respiratory issue. In some cases, when your are born through a natural birthing process and not C-section, it causes stress on the new born and as a result releases fetal glucocorticosteroids (leads to an increase in something called surfactant. surfactant is used to increase tension on your air sacs to keep them open and prevent it from collapsing). so if he was born via C-section, its possible had decreased corticosteroids which meant decreased surfactant levels which meant some of his alveoli (air sacs used to exchange gas in lungs) were collapsed leading to a condition called neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, of which c-section delivery is a risk factor.
