For Misal Masala:-
1. 1/4 Cup Chopped Dry Coconut
2. 7-8 cloves
3. 7-8 Black Paper CORN
4. 1/2 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Seeds
5. 1 Mace
6. 2 Cinnamon Sticks
7. 1 Star Anise
8. 7-8 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilly
9. 2 Tbsp Dry Coriander Seeds
10. 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
11. 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
12. 1 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds
For Misal (While Boiling):
1. 1/2 Cup Turkish grams (Mothbean Dal)
2. 1/4 Cup Whole Moong Beans
3. 1.5 Tbsp Dry Black Chickpeas (kala chana)
4. 1.5 Tbsp White pea beans
5. 1 Tsp Salt
6. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
7. 2 Cup Water
For Making Misal :-
1. 3 Tbsp Oil
2. 1/2 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
3. 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
4. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
5. 1/2 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
6. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
7. 2 Big Chopped Tomatoes
8. 1 Tsp Salt
9. 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
10. 3 Tbsp Misal Masala
11. 4 Cup Hot Water
12. Chopped Coriander Leaves
For Serving:
1. Misal Namkeen
2. Chopped Tomatoes
3. Naylon Sev
4. Coriander Leaves
5. Lemon
6. Ladi Pav
In Hindi:-
मिसल मसाला के लिए: -
1. 1/4 कप कटा हुआ सूखा नारियल
2. 7-8 लौंग
3. 7-8 काली मरी
4. 1/2 टीस्पून ड्राई मेथी के बीज
5. 1 जावित्री
6. 2 दालचीनी के टुकड़े
7. 1 चक्र फूल
8. 7-8 सूखी कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
9. 2 बड़े चम्मच सूखा धनिया बीज
10. 1 चम्मच सौंफ के बीज
11. 1 चम्मच जीरा बीज
12. 1 बड़ा चम्मच सफेद तिल
मिसल के लिए (कुकर में पकाने के लिए):-
1. 1/2 कप तुर्की मोथबीन दाल (मोठ)
2. 1/4 कप साबुत मूंग
3. 1.5 बड़ा चम्मच काला चना
4. 1.5 बड़ा चम्मच सफेद मटर
5. 1 चम्मच नमक
6. 1/2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
7. 2 कप पानी
मिसल बनाने के लिए: -
1. 3 बड़े चम्मच तेल
2. 1/2 टीस्पून काली सरसों के बीज
3. 1/2 चम्मच जीरा बीज
4. 1/4 चम्मच हींग
5. 1/2 टीस्पून सूखा अदरक पाउडर
6. 1/2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
7. 2 बड़े कटे हुए टमाटर
8. 1. टीएसपी नमक
9. 2 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
10. 3 बड़े चम्मच मिसल मसाला
11. 4 कप गर्म पानी
12. कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
सर्विंग के लिए:
1. मिसल नमकीन
2. कटे हुए टमाटर
3. नायलोन सेव
4. धनिया पत्तियां
5. नींबू
6. लाडी पाव
