The judge is right on his side, their is an agreement terms of which were illegally cancelled and new terms were rewritten on the same piece of paper and these changes have violated the rights of plaintiff, it is very very clear that the accused was guilty that's why the judge is very clear about the view and targeting the lawyer.

भाई लोग जो लोग जज को कोस रहे है वो कृपया इस बात का ध्यान दे की जज ज़्यादातर इस तरह से ही वकील को एक ही बात पर बार बार पिंच करते है और ये एक तरह की टैक्नीक है की जब वो जवाब दे रहा है तो क्या कोई अलग वर्जन तो नहीं आ रहे है जवाब में या फिर कई बार कोर्ट मे जज खुद वकील को लीड करते है किसी स्पेसिफिक बात को समझाने के लिए जिस पर शायद वकील ने उतना गौर ना किया होगा, और इसीलिए जब जज ने देखा की अब दलील सही दिशा मे है तो बोले की हा ये बात मै आपकी मानता हूँ।

Honorable Jugde is Correct...He examined the level of patience & versatality of lawyer.Judge poked the lawyer to extreme but lawyer have not left the piller of patience.He made "Nivedan" again & again till heard by Lord.The great Judge given lesson to Lawyers that be ready for anything at High court for your client.Sometimes a lawyer have to pay the price by his own dignity for buying justice in High courts.Thats how it is & thats the beauty of High Court. Lawyer was pleased with 10Lakhs cost,IPC 420,100% dismissal of appeal,Jugde's direct comment "there is nothing in the case",utmost annoyance(not disrespect).Final fruit of polite "Nivedan" is in front of you. "The Crux is Judge says to Lawyer : Make me Best Judge & I will make you Best Lawyer"

In the first few minutes it seems that the Honble' Judge is inconsiderate and not giving a proper hearing but as you watch you will see that he is quite the opposite and in certain points declares that the arguing lawyer is right. One needs to have a longer video from starting of the argument to the end of the judgement dictation to come to any conclusion. But this video is showing only part of it. Further, most viewers watch first few minutes and draw a harsh conclusion about the Honble' Judge.
