How do we know if the claim of encroachment is legitimate? Circle Officer ne registered deed ko dismiss kar diya, and ye authority sirf civil court ke paas hoti hai. Aur rejoinder file karne ko bola hai next hearing ke liye. The court's work is to deliver justice, not to merely implement laws. If a simple implementation of laws could give someone justice, we wouldn't need courts, but it's not that easy.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद सर हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना है पटना के हाई कोर्ट के हिसाब से सब लोग बहुत बढ़िया काम कर रहे हैं और एमपी के भी हाईकोर्ट के जैसा आप लोग बहुत काम कर रहे हैं कोर्ट के जज साहब लोग यूट्यूब में सुनने देखने आ रहा है मतलब मायने रखता है सर बहुत सही काम कर रहे हैं और अच्छा बैलेंस करवाते हैं वकील साहब से भी क्लाइंट से भी और एसपी साहब कभी संज्ञान लेते हैं जैसा आप लोग बहुत अच्छे हैं सर सुप्रीम कोर्ट पूरे भारत के हाई कोर्ट का यूट्यूब चैनल में दिखाना चाहिए पूरे भारत में हाई कोर्ट में सब लोग कर क्या रहे कितना अच्छे ढंग से फाइल को निपटाने कैसे बहस करते हैं वकील साहब और जैसा हम लोग पूरा दिखाना चाहिए हकीकत जनता देखेगी सर आप लोगों का काम बहुत पेंडिंग है बहुत बेगुनाह जेलों में सर बहुत बेगुनाह सर खाकी वर्दी के रूप में कई लोग धारा बड़वा बड़वा के अंदर करा दिए सर बेगुनाहों को पर ऐसे महामहिम राष्ट्रपति बोलिए जेल में सुधार जेल के जेलर हकीकत में उनको छोड़ने का प्रयास करें उनकी फाइल को देखने का जमानत देने का प्रयास करें सर बेगुनाह जेलों में बहुत बेगुनाही सर महामहिम राष्ट्रपति महोदय बोली है सर जेल में एक बार जरूर जाए जैसा हम लोग हाईकोर्ट में बैठे जैसा आप जरूर जेल का निरीक्षण जरूर करें

The court proceedings have to conducted as per 'practice directions' which include preparation of the case dossier with annexures and certfications as per various sections ---- a common person would be unable to do that unless he/she puts in time, but there is possibilty of contempt of court in case the petitioner in person makes blunders repeatedly. Therefore, one needs to have an advocate.

Aaj kal garib ka ghar bhi house/ building developers construction building 3 floors legally and construction another 3 floors with lot of bribes to Municipal and Politicians of there locality . Makes 6 floors building. If the owners or contractor or developers won’t give bribes to this Municipal and politicians authority persons . 3 floors demolish. This all bribes case . And even poor person property from his grand parents to his father from to son . Developers build building with 50/50 bases . Half of flats belong to owners and half flats belong to developers.
