Meanwhile, the rest of the city looks just like any other third world cities with all of its problems including floods, slums, and criminals. Be wary of your pockets if you're here. Also, if you bring backpack, put it in front of you. Everyone do the same in Jakarta to prevent being robbed.

Indonesia is really paradise as well. Being the largest island country in the world there's no doubt it has many hidden beautiful places to offer. I just want to recommend to why not visit the Philippines as well. 2nd largest island country/nstion next to Indonesia. The beautiful beaches and nature scenery. More-than-a-century old Roman Catholic Churches. A mixture of Asian culture and Hispanic culture(because of being a former colony of Spain). I'm not trying to brag but I'm just stating the facts. I hope I could visit Indonesia someday. Love from the Philippines.

Agree.. When walking, she maintain the proper headroom. Not cut the head. And leave a little space for the headroom. The camera shot is very steady when she walking. I'm curious what camera she used. When shot the VOC wall, the alignment is aligned with horizon.
