I think most people had a crush on Sarah at some point or another. David definitely had a video series which I think was literally called "Friends With Benefits". When Streeter turned into a bully he gave her a flower- then when he was rejected he punched her in the gut and called her "lesbo". Pat was writing poems to her. And then he also stabbed her on Valentine's Day even though she was going to ask him out. Of course the Phantom Of The Office was obsessed with her and wanted to marry her, even promising not to burn her. Then he found out she wasn't a virgin and immediately lost all interest. A few of them, can't remember who, had a skit where they all tried to one-up each other on how much they liked her, which rapidly became creepy, and then it turned out that the Sarah they thought they were talking to all along was just a Sarah-android that one of them had made. And THEN there was the time she successfully seduced basically the entire office into going into the closet with no pants- therefore causing them to fall through the time-vortex that was in there and ending up in the age of the dinosaurs.

As I recall, in-universe, Sarah and Jake are actually friends. Pat is sometimes kind of a friend of Jake (other times Jake joins in the mocking of him, but usually he at least treats him as a respectful co-worker). Jake and Pat both have a crush on Sarah (Jake since high school, I think) and Pat since his one-night stand with Sarah. Nobody really likes Amir and Amir hates anyone who competes with him for Jake's attention, but he does go along with them from time to time and act like a friend. It's a complicated web of relationships.
