You are so right! I like his voice, and I "really" like his guitar-playing. He sure has talent! I enjoy his own (original_ songs, but I like his other covers, too. the one of Don Gibson's that he does is one of my favorites: "I Can't Stop Loving You." I sing it on KZbin. Just found this singer, after listening to the oldie, "Oh Susie Darlin" from 1958. It is now 2020. I guess Jake Bugg is well into his 20's by now, 25 or so. He is certainly a good songwriter and singer...wow.

I actually saw this kid in Manchester walking to Piccadilly station with his guitar on his back listening to his iPod. Nobody knew who he was at the time. He seems like a down to earth kid.

Even a 60s grandma can appreciate this kid. His sad songs are from the heart with some achingly honest and simple lyrics (eg. 'Broken'). Reminds me of N.Young & J.Taylor. Love his quirky/jumpy 'Lightning Bolt'. Hope this young, unpolished talent is around a long time so we can watch him mature into a fine artist.
