This actually made me like them both more, I already liked them but they are both so genuine. Jake is quite a goofy guy but in a self aware loveable kind of way, saying that he likes cats because he hasn’t spent much time with them is odd but seemingly tells of someone with a genuine interest in new experiences and understanding things outside of his personal experience which is why he likes the abomination that is pineapple on pizza.
