I thought the official soft tip ruling was that if a bounce out happens without deflecting off of a previously thrown dart the shot counts?????? I've seen leonard take advantage of this multiple times, why didn't Jake get the win off that bounce out? It wasn't a dart deflection?

gates is a tool, great player no doubt, but when i met him in person and tried to complement him he acted like he couldnt care less..... only top player ive ever approached that acted like that. what branch did he serve?

When someone invents the steel tip board that scores like soft tip boards, that should be the end of soft tip. Hate watching it and really hate playing it . The boing effect is enough to drive someone insane

@Dr Anderson They do make a steel tip that scores automatically. From what I've seen it looks to score even more accurate because it's not using pressure sensor pads but cameras. Look up Prodigy Automatic Scoring Bristle Dartboard System. It costs quite a bit, but looks like a very nice system. Also that bull for the close in the middle of the game looked like a bull and bounced out not scoring. I tried to pause it right when it hit, it looked like it actually hit the bull.
