I’m at 3:01 and realized it’s impossible without items because struggle won’t work against Agathas ghost types and unless he somehow crit kills all other members of the elite 4 I don’t see it happening.. I will update if I’m Wrong

So technically it is possible, but you would need the 1/256 miss odds to be in your favor several times. Like, at least a few times each battle.

7:34 although the game says that acid is super effective against weedle, it actually deals neutral damage. This is due to a Gen 1 glitch involving 2 type pokemon. The game will say a move is super/not very effective if the move is super/not very effective against the pokemon's first type. Weedle is Bug/Poison, acid is a poison move, and (for some reason) bug and poison are super effective against each other in gen 1, so that's why game says acid is super effective. But since poison is weak against poison, it actually deals neutral damage.
