That’s amazing power man! Don’t know if you know but you have a great tuner. Your car is Making 411-436 WHP on simple pump gas and IE’s Dual Pulley file on 93 octane makes 388 to the wheels. This translates into you’re making 476-505 at the Crank. IE’s dual pulley file on E40 raises their testing car to 457 WHP and with an ultracharger 469 WHP. This seemed to net an increase of about 18-21% over pump gas. If you can see the same gains from your tuner on ethanol you may be breaking records man. I’m talking 484 WHP at a minimum and possibly peaking at 527 WHP, 561- 611 HP Crank.

Biggest issue with the SC 3.0T is the IAT when at 2+ with misc mods. I found a divorced SC loop with the 4.0L HX helped. But what really made it manageable in this FL heat was running a 10/90 coolant to water mix in the divorced SC loop when mated to larger SC coolant ports and 3/4" coolant lines. Helps during a pull and with recovery. I'm not doing the CWA100 pump out of fear for the increased pressure on the SC cores. The 9.8 sec b8 s5 was running dual CWA100 pumps in addition to the other SC coolant mods mentioned. Putting aside the 50 shot of wet nitrous, 200/57 pulleys, 1250cc of meth, and gutted interior. Just your everyday off the shelf mods, ported blower, RS7 LPFP, 034 motorsport tunes, and drag prep. The SC 3.0T aint dead yet! Mercracing is working and nearing release of the TVS 1900 SC. 034 has already released the head gasket and studs kit. There is also a built rod and piston kit releasing in February. We just need to get high pressure fueling figured out. A couple people have been working on port injection but its been a while. 2023 is going to be a interesting year for the B8s.

Hey I think I saw you post on another vid regarding thr rs7 lpfp. What year(s) rs7? I have to replace my lpfp assembly because my fuel gauge reads incorrectly and saw your last post and figure why not upgrade. Also, where in Fl are you? Im in the Tampa area, in a sepang B8.5 S5.

@Justafocus C7 RS7. The gage probably reading wrong is the foam floating arm. Either bad connection, wrong orientation, or just worn.

He's also a good tuner. The fact that he knows you shouldn't be tuning above 210f means a bit. He's not rushing the job either. That's a major plus. There's timing (torque), to be had when dynoing in higher Temps.

Awesome numbers! My Audi allroad is my daily, so I don’t want to hurt reliability. All I did was suspension and wheels. But my F80, I have plans when the factory warranty runs out. 😂

14:20 sh!+ Was hilarious 😂😂. Making some good numbers. Currently Stg1 on 034 in a B8.5 S5, that was night and day difference over stock. I've been avoiding stg2 since you'd have to either do test pipes or gutted cats and the car was loud enough with the setup I had ( stock DP to 11386 2.5 piping with X pipe to ultra quiet res'). Was initially running no res and it was on the louder side with alot of drone down low but mid to up to had people asking if its a v8 and one time a v10 😂.

Good power, but your intercooler bricks are most likely bad? You should also do brand new stock plugs, gapped to .024 and new coils. With killer chiller you should be pulling higher numbers.

Brand new intercooler bricks and gapped to .026. Killer chiller helps more with heat soak and prevents the car from pulling alot of timing. Ran several logs after finishing the set up and my issue at this point is not having a better fuel since I’m only on 92 octane. But thank you for your input. This is also a dyno dynamics at 2400ft.

Those motors are awesome and awful at the same time. Great car for the Quattro and ok power for ripping the snow, but aside from that they’re not fast fast. One of our vehicles has the same motor and it’s easily the hottest running motor I’ve ever owned. Best part is you’ve got the M for power n being fast. S4 looks great👌🏻

X pipe, Vibrant resonators, magnaflow suitcase muffler, and valvemaster mufflers. have all on my car running catless and its nice. can make it quiet for highway cruising too

Chose not to go to college anymore. I will finish my associates maybe this spring currently need one more class but then I’m done. Work 2 jobs one 30-40hrs a week and the other 15 and I do my social media on top. After the associates I’m not doing anymore school.

Sadly not worth it up here in the PNW😔 maybe one day when I have 3 cars and a garage or two cars and live in Cali 😂 or anywhere with e85 easy to get to

No it’s not. Different elevation and way better fuel. My car performs better than stage two plus 034 tuned cars on the road in my area so why would I switch knowing that? Not trying to be rude but I’m also not dropping over $1,500 for a tune that very likely isn’t better than my custom tune as well. Not saying 034 is bad but I am saying my tune performs better from what I’ve seen on the road where I live.

Why was this guy tuning in such a low gear? That's why it was spinning. Just run it 1 gear higher on the dyno. It sounds like maybe 2nd gear lmao. Most people tune in 4th or 5th depending on transmission.
