Seriously it can't be hard, all they gotta do is contact the company's and for the most cool or classic or iconic cars like some of the super cars and muscle cars and the hoonigan or hot wheels cars and get them to let playground record their exhaust notes. That would be awesome.

Either that Koenigsegg One:1 sound is wrong, or the driver was shifting early, because last I remember, the One:1 had a much higher RPM.

All forza games should have the sound samples from real cars like in this vid but with anti lag on some cars such as JDM cars so you can 2 step them and can hear the anti lag if you loose traction when your flat out
