@@soroshnaderi7884 it's pretty easy to just not watch porn everyday. I quit for 3 years and after a bit, I realized that my enjoyment of it didn't go away. I was just stopping because someone told me so. While there's a lot of negatives with porn, especially if it's everyday, there's legitimate and beneficial reasons for it's usage. All you gotta do is not lie to your partner, don't spend time on it every day, me and my gf watch it together once every few months. It's like anything else, don't watch it too much, moderate yourself, it's not nearly as bad as a lot of people make it out to be. If you can't control yourself, quit. How about someone who socially drinks, but not otherwise? Some people legit watch porn once in awhile and that's it. I am one of those people. Sometimes I'll watch porn a few times a week. Other times I go weeks without it. The advice OP gave was for people who watch it often. Not everybody has a problem with porn. Some people are more susceptible to certain addictions over other addictions. I used to have a heavy drug problem for example, but have never had a sex addiction or a porn addiction, or even a gambling addiction just to throw another addiction out there. I have not watched porn now since 2020 and I will say the thing that helped me, which it will be different for everyone, is therapy and how porn effects the brain. I was using Porn as a means of escape from my real life world and was using it to give me a release of stress. Even though while being married and have a child I was still addicted. It took understanding of how the brain was responding to porn as a dopamine release and if I was going to remove porn in my life I had to replace it with something else or the habit would return. To anyone watching this, this gent is 100% correct. To kick a bad habit, in this case porn, you have to replace that bad habit with something positive. Find something else that will give you that dopamine release something positive. It's very simular to building a foundation like the gent is stating in this video which is also important. For me it was my family not wanting my kids to have the same addiction or even expose them to it. I also wanted to stay married and not let it end in divorce And then there is the dopamine. What did I replace it with? Gaming. Now I have a boundary with the type of games I play because there are still games that promote it, however It allowed my brain to detox from the dopamine I was getting from watching sexual content. Now if I see anything that is remotely sexual, not porn but a girl in bikini in a movie or show or sexy looking breast that women always pop out threw there shirts or something of that nature, I am not in desperate need to go masterbait to a video. Instead I have a maturity about it and either look away or I'm not turned on at all or just disgusted by it. The only thing I am turned on by is my wife. It was not over night but understanding and not willing to lose everything I fought so hard for and everything God has given me was to great to lose. For anyone still struggling with this, you can beat this because I did.

This is the prophecy about the second coming of Jesus Zechariah 13:7 “Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me!” declares the LORD Almighty. “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn my hand against the little ones. The Shepherd here is Jesus. John 10:11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. This is the fulfillment of the prophecy of Zachariah . Matthew 26:31 Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: “’I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ This happened near 30 to 33 AD. Now coming to Hosea Hosea 6:1-2 Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds. After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence. He tore us to pieces which is the scattering mentioned in Zachariah and Mathew. In prophecies 1day is equal to 1000 years. Which means after two thousand years Jesus will return again. And on the third day which is the 3rd millennium, we will live in his sight. We all know we cannot see God's face and live on Earth. So it's the second coming of Jesus. Luke 21:11 ► There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. Matthew 24:6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. We are the witnesses of all these things. From the death of Jesus to 2030 - 2033 there are 2000 years. There was an eclipse in 33 Ad. So it's best to believe that Jesus died in 33AD. Jesus is coming soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and turn to the Lord. Praise the Lord. Peace and Love to you all A verse to show about the Holy Trinity Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Everlasting Father?. There's your answer The whole world will turn against Israel and not just Palestine. Then know the end is near. This is a major sign to look for in the end times. And do not take the Lord's name in vain. Even Satan trembles at his name. We should not use such a name as an expression. God bless you all Please spread this message to the ends of the world . .

Was a p*rn addict since 7 or 8 y.o. after finding out my father's adult cd collection. What helped me is that I put Jesus as my foundation. I was not really a religious person but the more I put my faith and get to know Jesus, I feel a sense of pleasure and wholesomeness that p*rn can never make me feel. I became more outgoing and energetic. I started to talk to people more and feel a lot more confident. I started learning to walk by faith and not by feelings since feelings change every season but having faith does not.

Reason for quitting : - I want to make myself better - Be more optimistic and open to social - I want to make achievment in school - Because, everytime I'm trying to quitting, it always failed. - Everytime I want to start a positive habit it just last short. I want to make something different from now and on. This addiction is affecting my life. I don't want to be a failure person. From now on, I promise to myself, that I will make better of myself. I will not let my future of myself fail and dissapointed. This promise it's not just for the addiction, but also for all bad habbits I have.

Read the freedom model. Your 'urges' come about because you believe there is massive value in pmo otherwise you wouldn't do it. We do things we find value in. Ask yourself what is so valuable about pmo in your life. Do not focus on costs, focus on benefits of moderating or abstinence

Fast! You need to fast to defeat the urge, fast like muslims do from sunrise to sunset. After fasting for 3 days in a row your urge will get lower and if you still think you are having strong urges that are disturbing you, keep fasting until you have tamed your urges. if the urge is still strong then I recommend you to do alternate day fasting for a month. After fasting there is NO WAY you will still have urges. I can f*cking guarantee you that!

Last month I went almost two weeks without it. Unfortunately I did relapse and I gotta say the difference is insane. Before I felt more, fuller and focused if that makes sense. The minute I took that step back I felt my anxiety and shame take over and looking at it from an adult perspective I love how I felt without porn. It also made sex with my partner 10x better. For anyone who is struggling, try not to put it on a pedestal so much. Start small and say I won’t do it for two days, then 4, then try a week and build from there. I really encourage you try for two weeks and be honest with yourself and see if there is a difference

The last point is so crucial. A lot of people try and fail because they feel they lack the willpower to do it. You dont need willpower if you rewire how you think about porn. Its not enjoyable, you arent missing out on anything good what youre doing it. You are giving up nothing (and actually gaining a lot) by stopping your consumption of it. Stop feeling like you need it, stop telling yourself that lie. Literally just stop doing it. Pretend you were never a user, because as of now, you are not. Be free.

Yes, yes, there are women out there dating murderers and thugs, literally, but watch prn, this is where we draw the line lmao. What a clown world really. You really live in some bubble where women are sugar and spice and all things nice, they're all moral and good girls who want good boys and all the other fairytales. It has been 7 months since my last relapse. I never thought I was gonna rid of this addiction, but man, I've been watching porn since I was 14 or 15, I finally stopped for good at 26 now Dude, being 12 years addicted isn't healthy at all, these last few years watching porn I wasn't even having fun or having pleasure One thing I learned after quitting is, that it's never too late, you can still get better 7 months porn free, and I never want to watch it again, I feel so much better nowadays Great video dude!

@cajaki3 ай бұрын
Brother, if you count the days, it’s because you know you’ll go back to it eventually. Forget counting the days, stop corn until the day you realize you’re a changed man. By that point you won’t even care about corn because you’ve created so much success by ridding it from your life that it no longer crosses your mind, or soul. God bless you brother, good luck

This video, out of nowhere, just randomly popped in my feed while I was death scrolling. I just watched it out of curiousity. But it makes a lot of sense. The confidence you have alone is genuine. This is my first impression. I will sub and learn more.

My reasons are: 1.- I don't want to become a porn addict, it actually ruins your mind and brain, and just makes you see women as pleasure objects. 2.- For my future partner of life, friends, family as well. 3.- Porn is just a distraction, it distracts me for when I have to go training, do homework, etc. 4.- Not being a gooner, and a disgusting person. Thank you for making this video, I was just getting the urges, but when this video came, instead of clicking the video the urges wanted, I quickly clicked this. I simply want to overall be a better person in my life, and for the life of others.

@CozyRealmDream3 ай бұрын
I mean, probably no. You likely can't stop in instant and not do it for a year. I think realistically you can avoid it for a month. The key is to make it longer after each relapse, and not falling into it after you stumble (as then you could get addicted within days).

Luke 6:48 He is like a man which built a house, and digged deep/meditated, and laid the foundation on a rock. And when the flood arose/desires of the emotions/lustful urges, the stream/desire beat vehemently against that house/you, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock. Strange how i was thinking of this analogy today and then saw your vid. Thanks Jakky boy🤝
@benjaminweese4 ай бұрын
When watching Jaks content I always realize that most of the thing he talks about is grounded in the words of the Bible but he never talks about it in that way.
@Seek1sttheKingdomWithin4 ай бұрын
True that. When I meditate I keep in control of my thoughts and desires which keeps the emotions compressed in a state of submission from the mind. I had done 20-25 days of semen retention and no lustful attraction because I was in a state of being in the present moment and having the awareness of the winds, rivers, and thunder that was at the door shaking the house, but I didn't open the door for the theifs and wolves/negative thoughts but only for my sheep/positive thoughts. We need to be Abel who is the keeper of his sheep/thoughts, but not Cain, for he is the digger of the earth/digging out his own ego and self which is of his own ideas and that we shall not do. Women/emotion shall be submitted to the Man/mind, for the desire of the flesh kills, but the desire of Christ lives. Soz I was yapping.

Ay bruh I’m in a similar situation (17 hittin the gym and somewhat looking for a girl, but I’ve had one before) don’t force yourself to avoid a relationship to “better yourself” a relationship is not necessarily something that comes after the work, I think it can be a beautiful thing to grow with someone and become great together, so don’t limit yourself to being alone for no reason
