Diesel flush results should have been done at idle engine RPM for 5 to 7 mins. What mukaish bahi has done in this video is damaged the crankshaft and baring by high revving the engine. I can recall the Diesel Flush Procedure for Bikes as told by Shri Prakash Koonthe, some 20 years ago when internet was very uncommon at his Blog. As he told, Drain Old Engine oil, now fill diesel in Engine and Start the Engine. Engine should only be at Idle , and turn off engine after 20-30 seconds, now wait for few seconds and turn again. If engine gets heated, wait more before starting again. Repeat this process 20-30 times depending conditions. Finally drain the Diesel completely , fill new Engine Oil.

Your process is completely correct as per timing 20-30 seconds, but 20-30 times that one is dangarous for your machine....so if you want to flush with diesel then you can run engine for 20-30 seconds only.... engine will be cleaned

केवल डीजल नहीं डालना चाहिए था, एक लीटर डीजल के साथ एक लीटर नया आयल (उसी ग्रेड का ) डाल कर आयडल स्पीड में ही एक से दो मिनट (अधीकतम) रख कर बंद कर दें और फिर दुबारा ड्रेन करदे, नुकसान नहीं होगा । एक लाख किलोमीटर पर करवाया था शानदार रिजल्ट रहा है। (सब ड्रेन होने के बाद आधा घंटा खुला छोड़ दे, और हो सके तो आयल डालने की जगह से प्रेशर से हवा मार देना, बचा कुचा जलाआयल भी निकल जायेगा)

You have to add 1/2 lt oil for 2 lt of Diesel for lubrication , you don't have to put 3.5 lt of Diesel cause you need space for flushing and after flushing u have to put compressed air to get the diesel out through oil gauge & main oil lead for best results I am flushing each time when ever I change my oil, l had no problem till now, in fact after flushing the car is more smooth.

Adding only Diesel and Running the Engine will have very bad impact on Lubrication as Diesel does not have lubricating properties. Add part Diesel and Lubricating Oil and then Run the Engine in Idle mode to clean it better.

You should not engage gear when you are doing engine flush. It should be kept idle. As a mechanic how can you forget that basic thing. The damage is caused mainly by engaging in gear and hard acceleration.

I too noticed the same thing. He moved the car by driving it and revved twice. This must have put a lot of fatigue on all the moving parts inside the engine and the diesel worked as cutting oil in the absence of any lubricant. He should have kept it in idle for ten minutes only. And should have used some amount of engine oil with the diesel to decrease the friction.

This is not the right way to flush engine You have to mix 2liter of diesel to 1.5liter oil if engine oil capacity is 3.5l 2:1 And you should not raise engine should leave in ideal rpm and should ideal the engine for only 4-5 mins That is the right procedure and way You did two mistake 1 using only disel 2 giving full rise

Bhai 2004 me in USA, plymouth voyager ( 150,000 Kilometers)3.0 liter gas engine me , mai ne try kiya tha, engine start hi nahi hua. phir char panch bar shell mar ke jitna bhi ghuma, itna ni shai karke, disel flush kar diya or phir se filter change kar ke naya oil bhar diya, gadi ki performance and average improve ho gayi thi.

मुकेश भाई आपने पुरा आॕईल निकाला फिर पुरा डिझल डाला क्या आधा आॕल और आधा डिझल डालले रहते तो बेरिंग थोडे जो डँमेज हुये वह ऊतने भि डँमेज नही होते और थोडा इंजन साफ होता जैसे इंजन फ्लश आप इंजन मे आँईल रहते मे डाल कर इंजन कि सफाई करते हो .... पर मुझे अंच्छे लगते है आपके सुझाव इसलिये मै आपको बहुत लाईक करता हु ....

डीजल आधारित फ्लश में, मुझे लगता है कि यह हानिकारक नहीं है यदि आप फ्लश करते हैं और इंजन को केवल 5 सेकंड के लिए चालू रखते हैं और इसे रात भर छोड़ देते हैं। क्योंकि डीजल हर कोने तक पहुंचेगा और मोटे अवशेषों को घोल देगा।

As a mechanic we use 2 litter or diesel and 1litter of mobil oil for cleaning and lubricant at the same time and we dont revv the car
