Jalan Cheras 无招牌福建面，已有30年历史，就在不显眼的茗香园茶餐室里。老板杨师傅一人掌管两个锅，炒出来的福建面依然锅气十足！除了福建面，这里也有月光河，滑蛋河，海南面，南乳肉等各种小吃。
Nameless Hokkien Mee, located inside Ming Heang Hui kopitiam along Jalan Cheras, has been around for over 30years. The owner cooks the dishes himself and he handles two woks at the same time! Howeer the quality is not compromised, you still get delicious hokkien mee with enough wok hei! Other than hokkien mee, there are other dishes like hainam mee, moonlight horfun, wan tan hor etc.

古早味海南面係咁樣嘅，以前細路哥時去大炒檔叫海南面都係炒到同片中一樣樣；大碌面帶湿有洋蔥、青片絲、蛋絲再挤上酸柑汁一起吃, 配料都係啲肉片蝦和苏东。 😜

新加坡古早味福建麵係白色，黄麵同埋米粉一齐炒。马来西亚炒乜都落黑酱油，新加坡传统古早味炒乜都係白嘅，一個白、一個黑！黑白(🈚)常、天渊之别喇😂😂😂。我吃过海南人家庭式的黄瓜炒黄麵加上一些肥肉片，确实是🈶一点像印度人卖的惹煮麵味道一样。

請小心讀個＂膠＂字. When you mispronounce ‘Kaoo’ as ‘Kaeoo’, it becomes a vulgar word. I’m a native Cantonese speaker, I can tell you that Cantonese dialect contains many dipthongs that glide in order to pronounce a particular word accurately. For example, 張. However, the two vowels in 膠 should not be pronounced with a glide.
