Very late prosing refund 2024

I got the Intimation u/s 143(1) dated 21/07/2024 for the Refund Amount but later got the email dated 09-Aug-2014 that i have to raise the refund re-issue request because (Reason Mentioned: PAN is not linked to the bank Account) but this is the same account which i was mentioning from last many years and have PAN linked with the bank Account.Moreover there is no option under services- Refund Reissue-Create Request as it is mentioning “You have no refund failures to raise reissue requests”. Kindly Guide me to resolve the issue.
