Afroja Sharmin wad they have told is dat tip s datu can use besan like (1 tbsp) in the batter along with the all purpose flour(3tbsp )1:3ratio. n instead of using oil for frying u can use ghee that is clarified butter (traditional north indian way fr frying jalebi)

Better you may add some table spoons of rice flour... And the batter will not be watery make it thick nd hard so only you can get the perfect shape....
