Mini Jangiri Recipe in Tamil | Jangiri Sweet Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make mini jangiri recipe in tamil. Mini Jangiri is a fun recipe which is crispy on the outside with a soft center soaked in sugar syrup. Mini Jangiris are famous festival time sweets made during diwali and other festivals. We have to make sure to fry these jangiris at medium heat so that they get cooked fully without browning.

Ingredients:
1 cup Urad dal
2 tbsp Raw rice
1/4 cup Corn flour
pinch of Salt
yellow food color
For sugar syrup:
2.5 cup Sugar
1.5 cup Water
5-6 drops lemon
1/8 tsp Cardamom powder
pinch of Salt
