Shefali shah was the wife of harsh chaya. So, rajshree is just referring with reference to harsh chaya. Also, they have been divorced quite long time back and she could have taken her real name, but I think it's no big deal, and some mistakes do occur howsoever we try not to commit any of them.

If screencapping abhinandan's laptop isn't suitable then just get a capture card or send the video feed thru NAT to some other device on the same LAN/WiFi network. The capture cards are cheap they cost around 1k and do 1080p30 or 720p60, it turns the hdmi feed to a USB (like a webcam)

What terrible review of Jalsa by Jayashree! Please go and watch the movie for yourself. Shefali Shah is absolute fantastic in the movie. And the ending of the movie is fantastic as well. Also, Vidya Balan’s character works for a Web Portal and not a TV News Channel like what Jayashree was saying. Also, the comparison to Barkha Dutt is Jayashree own interpretation. The movie makers make no reference to Barkha Dutt.

Kashmir files does show faults lines in Indian left ( which are not liberal ) as to how arrogant leftist ecosystem has become. We can critic BJP or Hindu Extremism with blind support from left, but the moment we talking Islamic extremism we will be hunted and shunned. I am trying to wrap my head around the purpose of this show. Is it for Rajyasree to fill us on the storyline (as she did, albeit poorly, for Jalsa) or to provide an actual critical analysis? Also, while I know Abhinandan is doing all of this in jest, some of it comes across as downright patronizing and a viewer can easily spot a flippant approach. For a platform that has gems like Tippani and Newsance, and does some fantastic journalism, I really think this show needs to be scrapped. I understand your need to reach a wider base, but the same can be accomplished with a smarter approach toward film reviews (akin to Film Companion). You can’t start dumbing yourself down (and fall into the click bait culture) because that dilutes the brand of Newslaundry, which is quirky - yes, but takes a clever spin on any issue it covers. For heaven’s sake (or hell’s - whatever floats your boat), please get someone who actually has skills to undertake a film review as opposed to this mockery, which is frankly insulting to your audience’s intelligence. Perhaps Rajyasree does and you’re just doing this for the likes - but can we please switch formats? PS: Aside from factual errors, it’s not a critics job to say I don’t like an actor in general (as she says about Vidya Balan). Not only is that biased, but also shows how little Rajyasree knows about the craft of acting (and therefore unqualified). Tumhari Sulu touches on so many layers (an extraordinary journey of a seemingly ordinary woman, showcasing queer rights in subtle but positive ways, the power of hope and aspiration, and a simple yet powerful celebration of humanity). And Vidya, as (almost) every other critic has said, played the role par excellence. Giving tangible reasons for why her performance fell flat for you, which would be a fair criticism, but don’t simply say - I don’t like her!
