@@isaacmondesir1814 its perfect! The gain gets fatter the more you turn it up. So with it set to twelve and mix also at noon, you get what could be an always on tone. Then with the 2nd gain stage a bright almost lemmy sounding grind. Turn the gain up to 2 and it introduces more low end and things get heavier from there. Really amazed by it and I just got a lucydreamer bass version in today fwiw.

@@isaacmondesir1814 further update: got the lucydreamer and it pairs perfectly with the rattler. My signal chain is lucydreamer ---> rattler ---> eqd black eye ---> sansamp paradriver. Drive tones are perfect and both Jam pedals really shine. The mix control works wonders and keeps everything stable even with all 4 gain channels on (with proper dialing in ofc). Highly recommend them

@@mattmcgrath2822 Thanks for the great info! I've looked into the lucydreamer but will have to spend time with the Vintage Microtubes to see if it can truly grab the tones in my head. I'm FOR SURE grabbing a rattler bass though!

It is close to Nolly tone at that point ahah, I don't know if I will buy that....I have an AlphaOmega and 2 Tech21 but I now NOlly use a RAT sometime, it sound insane with that mid grind and I have try a Free rat plugin that sound great too ^^"
