One thing I have to say about Caucasian ppl they love to exercise and stay fit it seem more than we do. Anywhere they are, you will see them running or riding their bicycle in the community. Same thing happens in Staten Island. It’s a clear difference. We should be doing more of this. Exercise is good. Even just walking. Another great video JWB.
