Jamaica's Craziest Market 🇯🇲 (Downtown Kingston)

Jamaica's craziest market is in Kingston, Jamaica. Most people come to Jamaica and immediately head to Ocho Rios or Montego Bay to explore the beaches, but we decided to kick our trip off here in the country's capital of Kingston! In this video we will walk around the downtown area and explore a bit of the Coronation Market, one of the most dangerous in Jamaica! We were told this place was a no go for tourists, but of course we had to come and see it ourselves!

I live in Jamaica and I am a bit weary of Downtown Kingston. Once you are guided by someone who knows the place well and understands the nuances of the place then it makes it easier and safer. Sometimes it's some of us Jamaicans who give Kingston a bad wrap based on the negatives highlighted on the news. Good coverage. There is far more to explore in Jamaica. 👍

Crystal White: I went to live in Jamaica when I was 9 and lived there for 10 years (I'm now 63)between Portland and OchioRios and I never liked visiting Kingston. I was told the other day that to visit kingston you definitely need to be with someone who lives there to be safe.
