While in Kingston, you will need to eat a patty and coco bread. It’s typical lunch food, tasty and economical. One of the popular patty spots is Tastee Patties. There is one not too far from where you are staying (not close enough to walk). If you want good authentic seafood in Kingston, a popular spot is Gloria’s Seafood. She has two locations, I’d suggest that you go to the one in Port Royal (it’s just past the airport). Port Royal is rich in history as it was a Pirates haven and was know as the richest and wickedest Port in the world. The majority of the city sunk in to the ocean after a devastating earthquake.

Yeah walking those distances was necessary notice the roads are mostly empty, you did mention getting a car next time. Public transportation will be an interesting part of your vacation if you did that too. You should have checked out the entire mall that you both Wendy’s at, a food court is also in there with Jamaican and other foods. Experience is our best teacher however.

Great to see you're in Yaad! I'm a regular visitor. Please be mindful about showing money online and being in Jamaica, sadly lots of opportunists crime. Be very aware of your surroundings and don't be too open chatting your business with lots of people, trust me! . Important to eat Jamaican chinese food it's the best, go buy some cool T-shirts at Cooyah near the Bob Marley museum. Do a Kingston food tour (Airbnb lists them) From Kingston you should go up to the Blue Mountains, Irish town have dinner at Eits cafe stay in an airbnb up in the hills (it gets chilly at night!) go up to Portland on the drive from Kingston to Portie go via all the beautiful Banana Plantations in Portland theres the lovely Errol Flynn Marina and the stunning Frenchman's cove beach. I'd swerve MoBay. If you wanna do tourist spot do Negril

If you are in Kingston, you should go to Hellshire which is in another Parish (State) but not too far away. Make sure you do to Scotchies in St. Ann. You need to go to Halfway Tree. Bolt's Restaurant as well. Definitely go to the beach in Negril. Devon House Ice Cream. Must have KFC.
