I grew up in Kingston before migrating and the first time i visit St Thomas is was shocked by the beauty. People love say bad things about the place but it’s one of the most beautiful parishes.

The drone shows the magic of St. Thomas! It's so amazingly beautiful! The people who live there will have some nice views! The park at the cliff will be outstanding 👏 👌 🙌

This idevelopment is a great opportunity to those persons who can afford it. It will definitely change the face of that part of St. Thomas and bring greater traffic and further development to the parish. The complettion of phase 1 by December 2024 is not a bad target.

I can't wait to see what this development is going to do for the image of St. Thomas tourism-wise. It's proximity to Kingston is really gonna benefit from this.

Great interview. The view here at 18:56 looks similar to the one at Lover's Leap

The area is going to be great when completed. Unfortunately, the prices are not for everyone. Anyway, luxury comes at a high price. If you can't afford it, don't curse. Find something within your means.

I always wonder what is that big blue building . In a isolated area, it looks like a school. . bloggers never commented on it.

It was apart of a hotel for the old beach club

That’s a great development if built properly but I see red flags. Maybe it’s early days but I don’t see any drainage being built apart from the drain coming from off the highway onto the property. Where does the runoff flow from there to get to the sea? Was a drain built to accommodate the runoff under the highway or will everything flow through the tunnel to get to the sea. With these rainfall we are now getting if a torrential downpour is to happen all that gushing water from the north side of the property goes where?

You ask very pertinent questions-but a "DUMMY" GOVT. wouldn't think about that-they are all about their friends making money-see how dem give them white massa friend over 1000 acres of prime agricultural land from the Worthy Park Estate to build luxury houses for the rich.

Wow! Based on the current exchange rate the two bedrooms duplex will set you back over $55M Jamaica dollars, plus owners will have to pay maintenance fees as its a gated community...this is for the rich who wants to buy into a lifestyle, the working class will never be able to afford this.

Now you see that neither the PNP & JLP is for the people-for both of them have continuously raided the resources of the NHT to use the agency money to finance the budget & other non-housing purposes instead of using the money to provide affordable housing for its contributors and LOW income families.

I’m hoping and praying they plant grass and water it and some coconut trees or palm cause most development in Jamaica don’t invest in grass to make the place look nice he can even use the old trees grind it up to make mulch and lay it along the walkway

Why is price quoted in US dollars?
@casssius2428 Жыл бұрын
Because the US dollar is far more stable than the Jamaican dollar, its a business practice that allows the seller make more profit, a dollar will always be a dollar but the equivalent against the Jamaican currency keep fluctuating and more often than not keep rising.
@agro-valleyfarm7217 Жыл бұрын
Because dem nah build no house for ordinary Jamaican citizens.
@mystery5655 Жыл бұрын
The US Dollar is the international benchmark currency. It's value usually remain stable and other countries peg their currency to it. This makes it easier for everyone locally and internationally to calculate prices.

How close is this development to a good beach? There is potential for flooding and landsides.
