It appears we share the silver medal with USA in the 110m hurdle. But! it is a hush hush because they robbed Shushane Thompson of his goal medal for the tie in the 100m race. According to the rule book, finals should not be broken down to the per second. Rounds, however, can be broken down when you need to separate athletes to get them in the next round. Hence, the goal medal in the 100m should be shared between Lyles/Thompson.

Lane are assigned according to how fast you are and by the drawing of names, i once had to look it because i always thought the inside lane was better

Yes, you can said that but they robbed Kushane Thompson, who should share the goal with Noel Lyes. According to the rule book finals running similar time should share medal and not be broken down in seconds. Only when you have to separate athletes for the next rounds. The rule book stated this must only be contested 30 minutes after the results are handed down. They awarded Jamaica Goal, Silver, and Silver in 2008 olympic. Check the 2024 Olympic 110m hurdle to see that the tie was awarded the same medals.They wanted to say Lyes is the fastest man thats why. But Thompson ran 9.77 this year.
