I put mine on a slow cooker to reduce fat . Good recipe.

Gotcha!! I’ve never cooked in a slow cooker but I know it and me will cross paths soon. You use the potatoes to thicken the gravy or corn starch slurry?

My goat never have that much gravy. What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps you reduced it too much or added too little water. Not enough gravy, add more water and allow it to reduce and thicken. Taste and re-season as needed. Hope this helps xx
