Suggestions: 1- don't call it curry goat in the caption when it's curried lamb, that's silly!! 2- rinse your canned beans before adding, that slimy stuff can mess up the texture of the rice. 3- you didn't even taste it, so we have no idea if your recipes are trust worthy. I like the concept of your channel, keep going for it 😊.

In Jamaica it is pronounced "Curry Goat" they don't rinse the "Pea's"/beans because it adds flavour to the rice.. Here in the UK it's not easy to find goat, so we replace it with mutton..and the flavour is exceptional.
