Fry dumplings
Serve: 4
8 oz allpurpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Water
1 pint vegetable oil
Procedure
1. Place allpurpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar,milk powder and butter in a bowl. Mix with your finger tips to combine.
2. Add water to form a dough.
Cover dought with a damp towel . Relax the dough for 10 minutes.
3. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place pan over medium heat.
4. Devide the relaxed dough into ten portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Faltten each dough ball with the palm of your hands. Arrange dough on a plate ,cover with a towel and let relax for 10 minutes more.
5. Add dumplings to preheated oil. Fry 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove fry dumplings from oil drain on absorbent peper and enjoy.
