Bones? Why would you want the chicken clinging to the bones? Why would you want bones in a stew anyway? Why not debone the chicken before cooking. Remove the bones. If you are eating a curry stew with white rice, why do you need to bite into pieces of bone which you have to suck on and spit out. Spoils the entire dish for me. And most curry chicken stews in the Caribbean also contain potatoes.

I do everything she does, except I add water to mine, and let it come together a little longer so the curry gravy can thicken a little bit.

When I tell you your approach to being different is amazing with cooking. When it comes to common dishes, you stood out. And that's very talented to do and from that I. Speak of your thumbnail of showing the meals you're gonna prepare with all the ingredients already there. I thought that was a phenomenal, no brainer, bright idea!

I made this with overripe breadfruit and it was wonderful didn't use so much sugar but I didn't get the custard like in the video wondering if thats the reason or if there is there is something I may have done wrong.
@nextinfood4 ай бұрын
Sometimes, the heat from the oven dries out the custard . You can correct this by making a custard on the stove and add to the baked pudding . Stove top custard 1 cup coconut cream 1/2 cup sugar 1tsp corn starch 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1 pinch salt 1tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp rum Procedure Place all the custard ingredients in a sauce pot. Mix to combine. Cook over medium flame 7 to 12 minutes. Pour over breadfruit pudding and enjoy

That’s just the natural moisture from the meat flowing out, the chickens aren’t pumped with water.
