As a former chef for 25 years of my life I have to say Jamaican food although very diverse with the spices and very tasty it is an acquired taste. Just one fat chef’s opinion LOL. GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS

Andy why dont you make your own jerk chicken rice and peas.all you need is jerk seasoning rice coconut milk to cook the rice in and kidney beans.and on the barbie would be killer.would love it and be a popular vid i reckon 😊​@@fatandy

You should get yourself a roll of puff pastry and make up a tasty filling and bake them yourself. Bet they would taste yum

The pastry is similar to cornish patty pastry but they add curry powder give it that yellow colour I believe

Yes I think could be cooked in airfryer to get good results too. if you using a fan assisted oven I would turn it down a tad to what it says on the box.
