I've met a Jamaican family who was on vacation in my home town for about a week and they always came to my place of work for a sandwich cause they loved how I made it for them and talked too them. I think they are most definitely the most "animated" of us all, and I truly love them for that. They're always themselves even in the worst of situations and it's truly a comfort to see that some people, even if they don't know each other at all, they will treat you like family. Jamaican are naturally loving, friendly and kind. We are used to sharing and caring for each other. Whenever, we see other Jamaican abroad we come together to support each other. That's the brother/sisterhood we have. It's not always negative ! Thanks for showing this side of Jamaican we are great people ❤

Thank you. We are a special & unique people. We are predominantly of African descent. However, there are 4th generation Jamaicans whose ancestors were either from China, India, Lebanon, Syria, Germany, Scotland, or Britain. Then there are Jamaicans who are mixed with a combination of African and 2 other ethnic groups. That is why our country's motto is 'Out of Many, One People. One Love 🇯🇲
