It doesn’t surprise me of my Jamaican brothers and sisters on the extreme pressure brings out quality that doesn’t mean that we must stay under extreme pressure but we fight our way out of it out of all the islands Jamaican is the beacon for the black world singing righteousness in the reggae songs and strong willed Jamaican warrior spirit and all godly spirit forever hallelujah

rara rora imagine if you knew what you were talking about, you wouldn’t have thought this or expressed it. What’s the difference in saying: if everyone in the race was her height they would have all tied for 1st?

@@Hengel_Andrews the taller legs you have the more ground you cover when running against someone who's shorter
@Hengel_Andrews6 жыл бұрын
Jill's Sandwiches yes, but it means nothing without the stride rate to make those “longer legs” be a factor. For your consideration Asafa Powell is taller (longer legs) than Tyson Gay, but Tyson Gay has a longer stride length and higher stride rate 9.73 vs 9.69...

The coach let her lift too much weight, now the extra muscles in her arms and legs has slowed her down, and it is the same thing with Veronica Campbell Brown. Their muscle are too big for their structures.
@straydogg567 жыл бұрын
She lost in Rio partly because she had a toe injury, and partly because Elaine Thompson by then had become better than her. I really doubt it has anything to do with how much weights she lifted.

What about the recent 10.7ish then?

@Blocks! And Even More! - She won in Doha in a time of 10.71...FYI, she had a Toe Injury for most of the 2016 season leading up to the RIO Olympic.
