Thank you ☺️ I blend together, 3 gloves garlic, 2 twig scallion & thyme, 1 onion, a small piece of ginger, and 3 pimento peppers, these peppers are flavorful, not hot. I also added some vinegar.

Looks so delicious. I dont eat pork but I am curious to know if this is the same ingredients you would you as well as the same methods in preparing Brown stewed chicken?

Kerri-Ann Warren yes same method and ingredients except the ginger, no ginger in Brown Stewed Chicken, and the cooking time is quicker.
