Now you talking. I cook this all the time and I never add salt even though I boil my salt fish 3-4 times before but this look really really delicious . My mouth is watering

In Jamaica Avocados are referred to as pear

For clarification, the full term is "alligator pear" in reference to the nubby, leathery skin texture of a number of varieties of avocado. "Pear" for short.
