*Ingredients*
1 -2 Cans of Ackee or 2 Cups of boiled Ackee
1 cup Salted Fish ( boiled and mince)
4 Cups Coconut milk (fresh or Can)
(Or 2 Cups Coconut milk + 2 Cups Water)
3 Cups Rice ( Your Favorite)
1 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup mix vegetables (optional)
Mince Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Mince Bell Peppers
Dice Scallion & Thyme
Mince Onion & Garlic
Black Pepper
Maggi Season up
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
Whole Scotch Bonnet Pepper
A Few Pimento Seeds
