If her entire personality was being white and representing the white people than it's a problem, bit but other than that her ethnicity seems of little to no impact to who she is. And even so this is an MCU time-line and not the comics, so they're at liberty to make changes. God knows people are having a big enough problem with her origin story deviating from the comics as is.
