I like this kind of video the most. Just standing in front of the property talking about why fix this why not do that. I'm concerned about investing to much into properties making them "to nice" and loosing profit on the flips. Thanks for making this video.

At the end of the day your final decision comes after you’ve seen the interior. There might not be a lot to do on the exterior but the inside could be a complete nightmare. Thanks for sharing.
