the british way of life is opressing foreign countries, making colonies and royal reign instead of people's reign. the american way of life is the way of freedom, men who are created equally no matter who they are and the people have the last word in everything. thats what seperates the united states from the rest of the world: true free speech, true freedom - not falsehoods like in UK or germany.
@BeliasLP6 жыл бұрын
the american way of life brought us the first man on the moon, space exploration, boundless science, limitless food supplies, walfare, racial equality (yes, guess what: in the united states, your previous nationality is irrelevant as long as you're an american at heart), equality of men and women, human dignity, human rights and religious freedom aswell as financial freedom.

Don't let a vocal and uniformed minority opinion speak for the majority of the people in this country. The majority of people in this country know how we treated you in spite of you welcoming us, and we recognize that you are much more "American" than we are.

0:53 Here, you can hear the most famous American snare drum pattern composed by the famous American composer Maurice Ravel, for one of his most famous American piece : The Boléro....

Wow! That's a good ear you got! I actually like The Bolero. It fits calmly and perfectly in the Anthem.
@michealcronin85866 жыл бұрын
Maurice Ravel was a French composer, thus the accent above the E. I'm American so don't get bent out of shape over it. But yes good ear regardless.
@curiousforchess33176 жыл бұрын
Did you guys also invaded Ravel as “American composer” for “the sake of democracy”? Great job, how educated you are! Keep up the “excellent” work and learn about Gershwin who was a genuine American composer and who (Gershwin) was highly influenced by Ravel! Ravel was a French composer dear and you just can’t make him American at your disposal. Greetings!...

Curious for Chess shut the fuck up. You French people also have that “sake of democracy” the French are on their 5th republic for Christ sake, and helped us Americans win our revolution, and in turn helped inspire Frances revolution.
