I was on a train to work which was stopped, as often happened for some mundane reason or other. But this morning was special as everyone on board got to catch a man making “love” to livestock next to the track. He was convicted, gladly, but never been able to unsee that.

Haha, I'm a bit late to the party, but did you ever see that sketch of How to Irritate People on a Plane? With John Cleese, Graham Chapman and Michael Palin. It's great. Looks like the train conductor in James' scrape may have been familiar with that sketch

a similar thing happened to me at Preston train station when I'd just arrived from London, he talked to me about how Preston is a shithole for about 5 minutes and then moved on to how his passion in life is heavy plant machinery and how there's a bulldozer that can work underwater

One thing: if the fire alarm went off, it makes sense the train driver would say that there is no fire - in order to assure people there's no fire...

More examples of this high quality privatised rail service. Delays every other train, wheels just falling off, tickets costing hundreds of pounds each, staff having their working rights removed, endless strikes due to corporate greed and lies...

"In Norway they would love that. Those overly friendly guys" No they won't. They are Northerners. All of us hate strangers. Especially those who talk to us, touches us, sits beside us on a public transport or/and makes eye contact. So please avoid doing that around us. Thank you😂😂😂

Stephen Merchant has one of the most recognisable West Country accents in history, no-one in this video has anything remotely near that accent.

"Nish Kumar, a fantastic comedian". Debatable.
@Pwwh07117 жыл бұрын
No it's not debatable...he's crap, unless you happen to be a BBC exec with no accountability as the cash keeps rolling in! Oooh I wonder why he is ubiquitous right now, despite 10s of better comedians available?
@jaredbowhay-pringle14607 жыл бұрын
Oh, I agree, but the video describes him as being fantastic, so there's some debate to be had with someone at least. I've no idea how he managed to go from a handful of piss-poor panel appearances to having his own BBC show. As for your rhetorical question, if I'm getting the correct gist of it, there are plenty of very good Asian comedians who are either overlooked or have fallen out of favour who can do a far better job than Nish Kumar.

TOTALLY agreed! He reminds me a bit of schoolboy humour: a slightly funny thing is said, but then is followed through with unstoppable, worsening, unfunny, comments/puns that are only slightly related to the last thing that was said! I find that Tom Davies is also guilty of this unfunny-ness (sp? Unfunniness?)... You end up gritting your teeth, willing and wishing them to stop!!! The more that you DON'T laugh, the harder they try, and yet their quickfire humour just gets worse and worse, more painful and more painful!!! Also, I can vouch for Tom being unfunny at school too. So it was a massive surprise, shock and disappointment when I first saw him on TV! How he got away with pitching that awful James Bond parody I'll never know!
