Yes, the parents were 100% negligent, but they did NOT deserve 15 years in prison. The Son is already gone for life. They didn't do the shooting, but they did fail their Son. They deserved house arrest for 5 years, on a tether. The sentence was overkill. Yes, there are 4 deceased kids. It's all so sad. No winners here.😢
