If anyone still listens to this song and reads this then Hii lol. I remember my dad was struggling to find a song he liked once. Took him like a week trying to find it on KZbin again but all he could remember was the title said lemonade. Eventually he found it and showed it to me all excited and he blasted it every time he did hear it. Man ever since that day it’s been one of my favorites. Even if he doesn’t call it his favorite anymore. It will always be for me. I make sure to blast it no matter where I am when it comes on in my playlist almost like an unspoken tradition I made for myself to him lol.

Because it’s not the image James had with his first album. His long-haired, heartthrob, muddy water sound brought the listeners in, especially the girls. This complete 180 degree turn from that style had a harder road and took a lot longer to gel with fans than his other music, to the point that it seems James has walked back a lot of that creative approach.

Can't believe how many people are really so caught up on the fact that his new album is different. The musicians that stick around and aren't just one hit wonders usually are the ones who change it up and evolve! He's amazingly talented and both styles are killer. Plus they aren't so drastically different that it doesn't seem genuine. I think he grew and his music did with it, along with all of us as fans as well!! I love it!!!

Jeff Dugan James Bay is right here, can't you hear it? I can understand the fact that some people may not enjoy this new sound that he's exploring, since it's a noticeable shift, but you can still watch the road he's travelling. He has to keep moving, and not stay still in one sound only. Also, a new sound may attract new fans; the old ones (just like you) even if they don't like this new direction, will still be coming back to him. and checking his new stuff. And new people may enjoy this sound even more (for instance me: I HATE "Let It Go", but "Wild Love" is incredible and "Pink Lemonade" is irresistible). He's not doing as well in the charts as he did with the singles from "Chaos and the Calm", but hey, you have to give a new sound a chance, don't you? Experiment once in a while, but never lose your sound integrity.

I dated someone who was emotionally detached. It hurt at the time now I just feel sorry for him. He inflicts pain unto himself by choice everyday by choosing to push everyone that might care for him away... These types of people end up utterly alone and never wonder why.. That's the true tragedy. A truly Jaded person. Just sad all around.

I know this isn’t the James we’re familiar with but I love that he’s exploring new things and different styles with his music. I support you either way 😊😊😊

Welcome to the future of rock for me! Love how his voice is so soft but rough enough against all the instruments in the background. Heard him live the other day. Does not do this justice James Bay is King 😍😍😍

This song is basically about a guy who is having a hard time falling in love with another girl due to his past experience. Right now, he just wanna have fun, no serious commitment and that's it. And she kept asking him about their relationship status which he refused to discuss about it. He knew that, at the end of the day, he's going to break her heart. Just like what he did to his ex, as he told her to move on, leave him alone and just Let It Go (2015).. I guess this Pink Lemonade is a sequel song to his first single.

I got more sociopath vibes. All he does is want you. Nothing more nothing less. He's protected to what he doesn't want to have to say, because he doesn't want to walk away. It's all about him getting what he wants, your feelings don't matter at all.
